A special thank you to Vassilios, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were happy and comfortable throughout our tenure. His attention, care, and commitment to client satisfaction really stood out and made the entire experience seamless. They always took great care of us, were professional, attentive, and made every visit smooth and stress-free. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are LIARS. I was told that I will get winter tires but never got them because the salesman hadn’t noted down in the system. The car was also sold to me with a coolant leak which seized my engine after a few months. New engine and labour cost me 16k$. Fortunately I had warranty that covered 10k$ but the rest I had to pay. When the new engine was placed, there was a major discrepancy with the mileage stated to me and on the invoice. 40k km difference. I had to ask them to show me proof which they were able to but all this to show their incompetency. Management is very useless, such as Cristian Birau. Also you can smell the greed off GM Erik Bissonnette and Director of Fixed Operations Jason Yee. They never apologized for the situation which shows they don’t care about their customers and lack of professionalism. I only appreciated the after-sales manager Jay Patel who was helpful and understanding.

After 6 incredible years of driving Infiniti, I returned my vehicle today and I just want to say what a fantastic experience it’s been. From the moment I first walked into the dealership, the team made me feel valued and supported. Every visit, whether for service or just a quick question, was met with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. The car itself was a joy to drive; smooth, powerful, and reliable. But what really made the experience special was the dealership staff. They were always transparent, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Returning the car today was bittersweet, but I’m grateful for the journey and the people who made it so memorable. Thank you, Infiniti, for six years of excellence. You’ve set the bar high.
