I purchased a certified pre-owned RX450h from this dealership and overall the sales experience was very good. The vehicle history and CPO process gave me confidence in the purchase. However, I have been reporting a highway-speed vibration issue since shortly after purchase. Over multiple visits, the concern was attributed to balancing and tire changes, and no root cause was identified. The vibration persisted and gradually became worse. After continuing to push for a proper diagnosis, the dealership eventually determined that one of the wheels needed replacement. My frustration is that the symptom existed from the beginning, yet I ultimately had to pay for the wheel myself after spending significant time making repeated trips to the dealership. What disappoints me is not that a mechanical issue existed—used vehicles can have issues. It’s that the concern was repeatedly dismissed instead of being thoroughly investigated earlier. Had the wheel been properly identified from the start, it would have saved considerable time, travel, and frustration. The staff were professional and the sales experience was positive, which is why this is not a 1-star review. The handling of this issue has made me question whether I would return for future service or purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Test driving the IS350 here was the best dealership experiences I've ever had. Sebastian was absolutely outstanding. He knew the IS350 inside and out and answered every question I had without any pressure whatsoever. What really stood out was his honesty. When I mentioned I was moving to the US, he actually recommended I purchase the car down there to make the registration process easier on me. Because of Sebastian, I left completely sold on the IS350. He didn't make the sale, but he absolutely made a customer for life. If you're shopping for a Lexus, come here and you won't be disappointed.
