Spinelli Nissan

Went to Spinelli Nissan to lease a 2026 Leaf. I have to say i received a very good service from Joey. He was calm, attentionate and answered all my questions. Good price, good negociations and very satisfied with my overall experience. Thank you guys.

A good friend just bought a used 40k vehicle from this dealership. The "take it or leave it, there is high demand for this car" was a total turn off. The car was "certified" which I realize now means absolutely nothing. The car was supposedly inspected by the dealership...after the purchase I convinced my friend to still have it inspected by a very reputable independant inspector. Brakes have to be changed immediately. This isn't cool and I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone for a used car.

I have been with Nissan for 17 years (Versa, Sentra and, now, Leaf). I used to go to Metro Nissan in LaSalle until it closed down 3 years ago :( and loved it. I had been going to Nissan Gabriel St-Jacques since and hated it; even made an official complaint to Nissan Canada. Maybe it's because I am a woman, but I never felt heard of believed there and never could understand a word their people said to me. I felt cheated out a lot of money; they really seem to be a bunch of crooks. They barely ever had a courtesy car available. Easter Monday was my first visit at Nissan Spinelli Pointe-Claire and I am super happy! Customer service is on point! Before you even talk to the service representative, someone comes to put plastic on your seat and someone else comes to talk about the aesthetic of your car. Service really listens and makes sure you get and pay for only what you need. Best part is they actually bring the courtesy car to you if you need one! I fell in love with my car and Nissan all over again!

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had going into a car dealership. Receptionist was scrolling on her phone - no greeting to us as we walked in the door. We wandered around looking for the model we were looking for which was not available in the showroom. We looked at a different model and were rudely told by the receptionist - oh that one is locked because it is sold. You can't go in a sold one (she stated this 3 times despite us acknowledging our understanding). Then finally a reluctant sales person - who did not introduce themselves came over. Explained they had no Rogues in stock except he rolled out a 2023 used model. I highly recommend finding a different Nissan dealership if you want to be served by someone who is knowledgeable about the car you are about to buy.

Just finished the purchase of a vehicle from Zein in sales he was awesome to deal with. Super responsive and always in a great happy mood. The process with Spinelli Nissan and all the staff members was super easy and they made it fun. Really appreciate the service provided!!!
