I’ve been here twice and the night and day difference was weird. The first time, it was a great experience - I just had an oil change. The second time, the service department wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. Also when I was waiting for my driver in the lounge, someone in the office across from it was yelling loudly at an employee. It was super uncomfortable. Like dude, close the door, talk softer, don’t yell at employees. Even if you are trying to make a point or help them, talk to them like an adult not a parent.

My experience was excellent dealing with Malik Perkins! He got my wife and I in a 2026 HEMI! He was very patient with us about test driving different vehicles and allowed us to find what was perfect for US(this made the sale). Even after the sale they answered the phone for our questions and at this point have addressed all of our concerns. Because of the excellent customer service I would recommend them 100%! Now I get compliments at the car wash, red lights, and random people lol we love it. Thanks guys!

The staff and people were.very courteous and helpful in fixing my Dodge Caravan. I really admire the staff to fix it,especially when I mentioned that my husband was having bad heart issues and was doing in the hospital for surgery and we needed it fixed and working with out problems.
