We recently purchased a 2026 Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle from Coleman Auto / Spirit Lake CDJR, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. After having a frustrating experience with another dealer, Coleman Auto was a complete breath of fresh air. David, our salesman, was great to work with — helpful, straightforward, and never pushy. Alex, the general manager, was also awesome and helped make the deal come together in a way that felt fair and respectful. We ended up buying the Pacifica right off the showroom floor, and we left feeling like we got a great vehicle, a great deal, and were treated the right way throughout the process. I just wanted to send a shout out to the service department and Taylor at Spirit Lake Ford for a great experience on Memorial weekend Saturday! I had a bad tire coming in to town and was worried about getting in somewhere over the holiday weekend, Taylor helped me out with a compressor and got me in immediately and had me taken care of within the hour!! Great service !
