Fantastic place to find a vehicle. Sales staff was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful. From sales, to financing, management to service, the entire experience was excellent. Honestly after the experience that I had there buying our Silverado 1500 RST, I'll never shop anywhere else. You can trust these people at their word that the vehicle is what they say it is and they will negotiate. Their primary concern, was getting my wife and I, into the vehicle we were searching for, at a price we could afford. Chandler, was my sales professional and I highly recommend you go and talk to him about your vehicle needs. He did an excellent job for us.

i am a first time car buyer and was not sure at all what i needed or wanted. i felt pretty overwhelmed walking in but i worked with seth who guided me through the whole process. he explained everything i needed to know and helped me get behind the wheel of my new car that i absolutely adore. i highly recommend shopping here, and working with seth! everyone in the building was so nice and involved in any way they could! i instantly felt comfortable and taken care of, i will always go back to spitzers for any of my car needs!

Recent purchase experience 100% positive.As everyone knows , purchasing, trading vehicles can be very taxing and time consuming! ... Spitzer in particular Salesperson Chandler Strawcutter made in an efficient and pleasant experience. Came in for an oil change on my 2024 Silverado, left in a very smart 2026 Silverado. Salesperson Chandler , Sales manager and finance were friendly efficient and great to deal with. This is my 3 truck with Spitzer Dubois, and I hope to continue the relationship.

Seth was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable. Not pushy or blowing up are phones to just make a sale. He will be are go to guy now the are old salesman retired.

We checked Spitzer in Dubois PA yesterday. The girl salesperson was very nice, but she didn't know what the deals were. I don't know why we even bothered. Twice we've been there looking for a new vehicle, and I don't care for being treated like we're not smart.
