I had a good experience with this dealership and ended up buying a vehicle from them. I had better service here than with other dealerships and that was a factor in my purchase. They were willing to take the vehicle to a pre purchase inspection at a third party auto shop where another dealership would not. I had a good experience with Alex and Lucas, as well as Doug in Finance. Nothing pushy, they drove a hard bargain and didn’t give me what I would have gotten for my trade-in at another local (to me) dealership. I drove 3 hours to complete a sale here and they did respect that adequately. I was only asked once during the financing process about additional warranties for purchase and there wasn’t any major pressure to add those on. The pricing process again was fairly transparent but not very negotiable compared to my other buying experiences. I will update my review if anything comes of the vehicle I purchased or related issues and adjust accordingly.
