This was my second vehicle from Spitzer and definitely not my last. The staff are courteous and friendly, not overbearing or pushy and Jon specifically was great to work with. I am very excited to share my volkwagen beetle dune, at first I was a little frustrated not getting answers and promises not kept, but Jason the General Manager came through for me. He made me understand what the problem was and we got it solved. There just need to be more communication between buyer and seller, just because someone has driven a new or used car off the lot, doesn't mean you are done with them, because if you do a great job they will come back, because you care. Thanks Spitzer for good customer service, I will definitely be back for another vehicle.
