What really made the experience stand out was the customer service. Ely, the salesman who helped me, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured at any point. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood every step of the process, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right car. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend checking out Kia and asking for Ely. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

Spitzer Kia has customer service figured out. My experience started when I messaged the dealership through their website to ask if they had a particular vehicle on the lot. Alexis responded right away, and we ended up speaking on the phone to schedule an appointment to see the Kia Sportage SX Prestige the next day. Alexis was very kind, polite, and professional — a great person to have as the first point of contact for customers. The next day, my wife and I arrived for our appointment and were greeted at the front door by Eli, our salesperson. Eli’s personality is contagious — very fun, positive, and knowledgeable. My wife and I both agreed that he is one of the hardest-working vehicle salespeople we’ve ever encountered. We were later greeted by Erica, the Sales Manager, who thanked us for coming to Spitzer Kia. She was very kind and caring, took the time to ask about our trade-in, listened to our needs, and made us feel very welcome at the dealership. Our experience concluded with Mate in Finance, who is a perfect fit for this dealership. We connected while talking about cars and motorcycles, and he was awesome to work with. I had a great experience at Kia Cleveland on brookpark rd. Ely was able to help me get exactly what I needed in a car. We bought a Kia carnival hybrid and he was able to have it sent from another dealership within one day. Jeremy was able to assist with a great trade in value for my vehicle to make everything affordable. Nick assisted with all the info about warranties and provided a great deal on the tire package, essential for our tough Cleveland winters and pothole season. Went there for service on my Kia Seltos and was met by the best staff! Belinda and Randy were so supportive with the service my car needed. Josh, a salesman, came up to me about getting into a new car and was very friendly and personable, making me feel comfortable and showing genuine care for my situation. He showed me all the lots, walked me through all my options, and really took the time to explain everything. Unlike many other dealership salesmen, he was not pushy at all. He worked with my price range and was trying to help me get into a new car while still respecting what I wanted. I honestly wish I could’ve gotten a car from them they just didn’t have the exact car I was looking for. Truly the sweetest staff and such a great overall experience. I would definitely recommend them!
