Spreen Acura

Do NOT purchase a car here ! I purchased a brand new 2026 Acura Integra(Paid almost $49k) and it has been nothing but problems. During the purchase of the car I specifically told the sales rep I did not want to purchase any dealership add ons. She said the only thing I couldn’t take off was the alarm system which she said was about 1k which I was fine with . When I went to sign the paperwork with the finance department the guy tried to have me sign stating I was purchasing additional gap insurance , car alarm system , and some bs paint protection which was over 4k of add ons . When he brought the sales rep in she played stupid as if she didn’t know and when I confronted her about lying about the car alarm price which was actually $1,900 she said well it’s 1k and “ sum change “ and that they couldn’t remove the paint protection because it was already being installed but could give it to me at a discounted price . After we purchased the car I noticed oil was leaking from my car which my husband suspected was transmission fluid. I had to get my car towed back to the dealership and turns out they sold me a car with a missing part!! We than had to leave work early and drive 3 hours from SD to Riverside to pick my car up after they ordered the part and installed it . After I picked up my car and drove it I noticed a loud thumping noise and my car shaking . The next day my husband had to leave work AGAIN to check my car out since I couldn’t drive it to work .Turns out they forgot to install screws on my oil panel so the piece was hanging and getting stuck in my tire while driving. A few days later I again had to leave work early again and do another 2 hour drive to the dealership for them to replace the bottom piece of my car . During this whole process both my sales rep Bianca and sales manager Chris didn’t give a crap about what happened . They sold the car , made their commission off me and didn’t have the decency to call me back or text me when they said they would .The only person who was helpful and genuinely cared was Garret in the service department so thank you Garret for everything !
