Sprinter of Knoxville

Struggled to find a Sprinter crew van. After a few searches went nowhere with local dealers I reached out to Darryl at Mercedes of Knoxville. He was able to find my exact van, provide lots of info and comparisons on options and then shipped the van to my door. He was helpful and on top of things without being overbearing. I highly recommend this dealership and Darryl as a salesperson.

Nothing but EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Brandon Comer! When I was searching for a new delivery van for my company a month ago, some of the local Mercedes dealerships in my state did not offer many selections of the Sprinter van on their lots, and they were lacking alot of the product knowledge of these vans so that reflected as well in their customer service, which was lackluster... When I expanded my search to the surrounding states, I was very pleased that I found Brandon Comer and the Knoxville Sprinter dealership team! Brandon was awesome, from answering all my questions to sending me vehicle pictures, options & pricing in a timely manner! Once we settled and choose our 2025 Sprinter 2500 AWD EXT ( which I have not seen many in this configuration ) , Brandon explained the whole process, then showed me all the pricing and fees..he was very transparent and there were no hidden fees that some dealers typically spring on you. Once all that was agreed, I was handed off to his colleagues, which i am sorry i forgot your names.. one was a lady and the other a gentleman.. who then went over other options if I wanted, for example, extended warranties or service package bundles. After the paperwork was finalized, the only thing left to do was to fly into Knoxville and drive home! Thank you, Brandon and team!! We will definitely be back for our next vehicles, both for the business and for me personally!

A+A+A+A+A+ all the way! Jon Becker had the patience to let me navigate all of the options I was looking for in a Sprinter van and did so in a very professional and relaxed manner. Jon was very knowledgeable in all things Sprinter and gave me the answers I needed to make my decision on the van purchase. The buying process went very smoothly and the timely followups are much appreciated. I drove eight hundred miles round trip to get the vehicle I wanted.
