Huge thanks to Mr. David Webster and the team at Squamish Toyota for making my first car purchase such a great experience. I had been searching everywhere for a GR86 Premium Manual for months, so I was pretty excited when I found out Squamish Toyota had just received one a few days earlier. After reaching out, Mr. Webster helped me secure the car right away and made the whole process really straightforward. Communication was clear and there was never any pressure, which I really appreciated. It had also been a while since I last drove a manual, so I was a bit nervous about the test drive. Mr. Webster was super patient and easygoing (even when I stalled a couple of times), which honestly helped a lot and got my confidence back before driving the car all the way back to Vancouver. Overall, it was a really smooth and positive experience. I’d definitely recommend Mr. Webster and the team at Squamish Toyota.

This is a wonderful shop with excellent and kind staff! Last week I was visiting Squamish and the battery in the car died at the oceanfront. Helpful folks jump-started the car and I searched for a service place. I passed Squamish Toyota and stopped to ask for help, when the car died completely with my 94-year old mother inside. The car was not a Toyota but the folks at Squamish Toyota found a battery that would fit and put it in for us, all while dealing with their other customers. They were cheerful, funny, and incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Karanjeet Nahal at Squamish Toyota. I was interested in purchasing a brand new Toyota Camry XSE and was advised to wait until my financing approval came through. After they checked my credit, I was asked to prepare a down payment, which I took seriously as I was ready to move forward with the purchase. However, after that point, communication completely dropped off. I did not hear back for an entire week despite being told to wait, which left me feeling ignored and frustrated. As a customer who was ready to buy, having my time wasted like this is unacceptable. A car purchase is a big decision, and I expected a basic level of professionalism and communication. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short. I hope they improve their customer service and follow-up practices in the future. I would caution anyone visiting this dealership to be mindful of their time, as my experience suggests delays and lack of follow-up can be an issue. We also spoke with the financing manager and have email records to support our communication.

I had an early morning appointment on a Saturday for a tire change over on rims. I came by at 2pm and the tires were not changed. I did not have time to go to the service desk so I took my car with a spare key as I needed my vehicle. The following week I sent a couple emails asking them to mail me my key. They went unanswered. I have now been waiting almost two weeks for them to send my key. I stopped going to Squamish Toyota years ago for similar slow and unresponsive service. Much better service at Jim Pattison Toyota on the North Shore.
