I bought a very lightly used 2023 Ram Sport through Vince and brought it home to Saskatchewan. Vince went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The same can be said for the GM and the service department as well. One vibration issue in particular turned into a frustrating experience with multiple other local SK dealerships; since my truck has a dealer-installed lowering kit (by St Albert Dodge), I kept getting brushed off with excuses like “the suspension warranty is void” or blaming completely unrelated components despite it clearly being a driveline vibration. I brought it back to St Albert Dodge and even though they couldn’t replicate or solve the issue, they never dismissed me or treated me like I was making it up. They listened, treated me respectfully and genuinely tried to help. I eventually tracked the issue down alongside a local driveline specialist and repaired it on my own (bad pinion/driveshaft angles). After updating the dealership on what the actual problem was, they offered to reimburse me for the work I had done. That level of integrity and customer service is pretty rare these days. Buying vehicles is easy. Standing behind customers after the sale is what really matters and these guys absolutely did that. Highly recommended.
