The staff were extremely kind, professional, and respectful. We live in the Montreal area (near Laval) and visited several Toyota dealerships across Montreal, Laval, and the South Shore while searching for the best deal. This dealership stood out by far, both in terms of pricing and customer service. The entire experience was exceptional, and the one-hour drive was absolutely worth it. I would gladly do it again. Update – June 15, 2026 Today, we discovered a screw in our front passenger-side tire. We called the dealership, and the representative who assisted us immediately took care of everything. She quickly located our warranty information, sent the documents by email, and helped us get the process started right away. The service was impeccable—fast, professional, and stress-free. It's rare to find a dealership that continues to provide this level of care long after the sale has been completed. Highly recommended!

Purchased a new 2024 Rav4 there. Great service and attention to the client received by Maxime and Dominic ! Sold my old car there as an exchange for the new one. All went smooth as expected and described. No surprises. Will have to add that I did shop around and that dealership (Maxime) offered me best conditions for my exchange car sale and the new one, from all I checked in the region. Bought my used Toyota RAV4 here a month and a half ago. Efficient and professional service, and their cars (at least ones i saw when i went for the test drive) are in better shape than cars at many other dealerships i visited. Happy with my purchase for now. Try it out!
