What a pleasant experience buying our vehicle from this dealership! Kyle was a delight to deal with - he was professional and personable. He patiently answered all of our questions and guided us step by step through the process. Alongside the Financial Manager Ben, we got all of the things on our wish list met, they were super friendly and we never felt pushed into anything. We also got an excellent value for our trade-in and a great interest rate! Thank you for a great service, we are enjoying our new car very much!

Milan took his time to explain everything about the car and suggested the best options for me and my family to make it more special; they even put a bow on top of my car, which I loved. As I mentioned before, thank you again for all your help. I absolutely love my new 2026 Tiguan — it drives smoothly, and I’m very happy with it. I think my husband might love it even more than I do, lol. To the VW team: they made us feel very welcome and special, guiding us through each step. Even Alfonso—if I remember his name correctly—took the time to show us all the car’s features and knew the car as if it were his own. Hopefully, we’ll return soon to get another car for my husband, this time a used one. I totally recommend them—5 stars.

Looking to upgrade my current VW, I was searching for a very specific Tiguan. I located the car but had some frustration with the new appointment booking system. After personally reaching out to me Dan connected me with Darya and we booked a test drive. The Tig is gorgeous, absolutely perfect and exactly what I was looking for! I could not have wished for a better experience. Darya is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, intuitive, personable and very adept at pointing out not only the key functions and important things to know but also the fun side of my new Tiguan. She really knows her way around cars but equally important she knows her customers well and what is important to them. A great experience all the way from the test drive to picking up my beautiful car! Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Darya! We love our new Tiguan and she made the process so smooth, both in getting us out of our current lease and into our new lease. We test drove the car with her months before, and when we walked back into the dealership months later to make the purchase, she remembered our names and the vehicle we were interested in. He was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant in his interactions. We arrived toward the end of operational hours to test drive some of the vehicles, and Kyle and the team stayed well beyond closing time so we could work out the details of the deal which we really appreciated. Kyle even followed up with me a few days later to check-in how everything was going with the vehicle and to see if I had any questions about the features.
