For the past year and a half, I have had the absolute privilege of working with Melissa at Hyundai of St. Charles, and I can confidently say she has redefined what exceptional customer service means to me. I have gone through repairing the tire with nails. When I am handing over the vehicle all the sensors are working fine and showing the pressure. But after the repair is done, tire pressure is not showing up and I have complained about that, they asked me to drive a little bit and I did, but after visiting 3 more times with same issue they are saying I have faulty sensor and need replacement which cost 303$ plus tax for one sensor. It was damaged by the tire repair yet asking the customer to pay for the sensor repair. This is a horrible experience.

I've had such great service at this Hyundai in the past so when I needed a new used car, I came here. Jim Reedy made the process so easy and was a great salesman. I'm always very anxious about big purchases but he was reassuring and understanding and exceedingly helpful. He found me the perfect car. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Jim for all your car needs.
