We drove from PEI and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Our vehicle was waiting in the show room. It was a used vehicle owned by one of the employees. I'm fussy with vehicles but this was the best maintained vehicle I have ever encountered. I could not tell it wasn't brand new...right down to the engine compartment. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. Very easy to deal with. We were on our way after they made sure we were happy and didn't have any questions. Definitely worth the drive. I wish all car purchases could be this way. Maybe I'll try to buy my next vehicle there...especially if Francois is selling another of his personal vehicles.

I bought a Toyota Camry a week ago. I live in Ottawa, and before purchasing the car I asked the dealer to check everything and guarantee that I could get the Ontario safety certificate. They showed me an inspection report from a month and a half ago and assured me there was no problem with the car, and that I would be able to get the safety. However, it turned out that the rear brakes and tires have issues, which prevents the car from passing the Ontario safety inspection. When I called them to fix the problem, they just said they had given me the report and claimed the car had no issues. They lied to me and refused to take responsibility for what they had done. I regret trusting them and buying a car from them.
