My experience with this dealership has been extremely frustrating. My check engine light came on, and after inspection it was determined that the issue was related to damaged electrical wiring. Since my vehicle is still under a 3-year warranty, I booked multiple appointments with this dealership, which is about 30 minutes from my home. Despite bringing the vehicle in several times, the problem was never resolved. Each visit cost me time, fuel, and lost work opportunities, yet I kept receiving no real solution. After repeatedly following up and arguing my case, I was eventually told that the repair would cost approximately $800 because the wiring was supposedly not covered under the warranty. To make matters worse, I was then told that I would have to leave my vehicle for around 2days. As a handicap taxi driver, my vehicle is not a luxury—it’s my livelihood. It is how I pay my mortgage, my bills, and support my household. Being without my vehicle for that long would have a major financial impact on me. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication, transparency, and urgency throughout the process. I understand that repairs can take time and that not everything is covered under warranty, but after multiple appointments and no resolution, I expected much better customer service and a clearer explanation from the start. Unfortunately, I left feeling like my time, concerns, and situation were not taken seriously. I would strongly recommend that customers ask detailed questions about warranty coverage and repair timelines before committing to service here.

These guys service my Ram 1500 but today I was in trouble with needing my car tomorrow to take my wife to her Oncologist in the Eastern Townships and the heating packed up. Thank you Alexander for getting me out of a hole. Incredibly grateful.

We saw a car for this dealership online, and got in touch with Cedrick for the car, which was nice one. He made attempts with his boss for reducing the price. However adding a trakking Tag to the price of the car, which appeared to be fixed on the car and cannot be removed therefore increasing the total price . We tried to negotiate this minor difference with him, however he lacked manners and sales skills. He throw the paper of deposit on the disk for asking for 200 CAD discount and put an X on the paper. Even his boss did not apologise for this attitude. We honestly spent more than 200 CAD on the route to come to see this car if he had sales skills we would have easily paid more for the car. His reason that there were 2 other customers looking at the same car. Well good luck with them. I am sure he will loose more custoumers than gaining ones given this attitude. We would agree with previous reviews about the terrible experience this dealer cause.
