# Summary The dealership receives mixed feedback regarding sales staff performance, with some customers praising individual salespeople for their professionalism and transparency, while others report misleading financial information and poor follow-up on service issues. Service department experiences are largely negative, with customers citing incomplete repairs, inflated pricing claims, unresolved vehicle defects, and unexpected charges for services allegedly covered under warranty packages.

Worst experience and extremely disappointing. I had my side mirror repaired at this dealership, only to discover months later that the integrated camera was never properly calibrated after the repair. The dealership admitted that the technician did not realize the vehicle had a camera that required programming, yet they are now asking me to pay between 300$ and 700$ to correct THEIR mistake. As a customer who already paid over 1k for the repair, I should not have to pay extra for an issue caused by an incomplete and incompetent repair. I expected better expertise, professionalism, and accountability from a dealership. Instead of taking responsibility for their oversight, they blamed me for not noticing the issue sooner. As an authorized dealership, I expected qualified technicians who understand the vehicles they service and ensure that all systems are functioning properly before returning a vehicle to a customer. I do not recommend this dealership at all. Take your business elsewhere if you value competent service.

Went to look at a used car for sale. Excellent experience at Toyota Saint-Léonard. My salesman Bruno was professional, efficient, and very straightforward from start to finish. Everything was well organized, transparent, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Really appreciated the great service and would definitely recommend working with Bruno.

I had an excellent experience with Insaf Sahli, sales representative at Toyota St-Léonard. She is incredibly professional, patient, and attentive. She took the time to explain every detail clearly, answered all my questions without any rush, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated her honesty and calm approach. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you make the right decision, I highly recommend Insaf!

I had a disappointing experience with Financial Manager Mariam Hafsi during the vehicle purchase process. She attempted to sell us a $1,600 warranty package that included six maintenance services and an additional year of warranty coverage. When I asked why the maintenance portion was priced so high, she stated that an oil change for a 2026 Toyota Corolla SE Hybrid would cost approximately $120 plus an additional $160 in labour. When I questioned where this pricing information came from, she said it was provided by the service department. I explained that I already own a Corolla myself and that my oil changes only cost around $120 in total. I also contacted the dealership directly afterward to confirm the pricing, and they verified that the oil change is in fact approximately $120 total — not $120 plus an additional $160 labour charge as she insisted. Despite this, she remained very adamant about the incorrect pricing information without taking the time to verify it properly. At no point did she say, “Let me confirm this for you,” or attempt to double-check the information before continuing the sales discussion. Instead, she appeared focused on pushing the warranty package using inaccurate cost figures. During the conversation, she also stated, “This is not Canadian Tire. This is not some local neighbouring shops. This is a dealership.” I found this comment unnecessary and unprofessional. Customers should be provided with clear, accurate, and transparent information, especially when discussing financial products and warranties. Unfortunately, this experience felt misleading, dismissive, and highly unprofessional.

Very unprofessional team. Specially sales team. During the sales they offer red carpet and then everytjing dries up. I bought a brand new 2025 Rav4 SE PHEV. Since i have taken posession of this car like 5 months i have gone through several major problems. Engine Alarm, Fuel pump issue, oil pump issue, Cabin bad smells, EV mode does not work beyond minus 10 degrees in winter, Wiper heater accumulate ice, cabin heating system is too slow. Already visited service centre 3 times in 5 months. Today they charged me winter tire change fees 140$ aprrox. though it was covered under extended complementary coverage (4k$) paid during purchase. I have spent almost 70k$ for this shit car and services. I have no proof yet but assuming they buy cheaper factory non QC cars and sell with extended warranty and charge extra money. Need to investigate. For changing air filters they were asking extra money though I bought full package for 7 years. Very frustrated with the after sales service. Wont recommend anyone to go there. Please try other dealers. I wont give them even 1 star but had to put something.
