One of the worst experiences I have ever had with Toyota. I spoke to one of the sales representatives, and they told me that they had two cars available in the model I wanted. Knowing I was coming all the way from Quebec, they lied to me. After a 40-minute drive, when I arrived, they showed me another car with 11,000 kilometers on it and tried to sell it to me at the price of a new car. When I asked them why they did this, they simply said, "We are sorry, but those two cars are no longer available"—they were sold (just in one day!).I will definitely report this behavior to customer service.

I bought a car from here. Dealt with Cindy online at first and I can confirm that she is very nice & polite person. The only reason I am not giving this review a 5 stars is because Eric was supposed to be shipping a part to me that he agreed upon earlier but stopped replying to my email, when I followed up. Thanks!!

My wife just called to try to buy a used vehicle and was told they have no one that can speak English and they don't deal with anyone that is not from Quebec. Great customer service, I wish my businesses made so much money that I could pick and choose who I could service and who I could turn away. I strongly suggest looking at a dealership that does not discriminate against anyone.
