If you don't want taken advantage of, go somewhere else. Last year, My dad went to buy a truck and the guy told him the only way the bank would approve his loan is if he bought the extended warranty which added 2-3k to his price, THIS IS ILLEGAL. A bank will never require this, it is a tactic used by scummy car dealers to pad their profit margins. If you are ever told this by any dealer, leave, and report it to the FTC and State Attorney General's office. Id like to give the dealer the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to a employee that didn't know, but the fact is, the dealership is responsible for training them, and they either failed to train them properly or worse, trained them that these kind of tactics are encouraged. Either way, I'd find another dealer unless your paying in cash, got a good price, and don't accept any add-ons.

Bought my Caddilac there. Very relaxed environment while I was looking. Not like Denny Menholt, or Rimrock or Lithia dodge. Those places are to pushy, the sales men are not what they think they are. Standard didn't bother you unless you came and told them you wanted to look at a vehicle. Very easy to buy here. I will buy my next vehicle from here no doubt. Thanks Standard Auto.
