Do not take your vehicle here, they charged me $300 to tell me id have to pay $5000 to fix my car, I took it elsewhere and got it checked out and fixed for $300. The customer service there is also garbage.

Had an amazing experience at Standard. Was traveling from Winnipeg to Drumheller. Five senior ladies. The "Service ESC" warning came on. They not only had the issue fixed in a very timely manner but the staff were so friendly. Treated us like family. Felt incredibly blessed to have found them!

We had been taking our 2022 Duramax for service at a different GM dealer (for over a year) but they were never able to find the coolant leak. We went to Standard Shaunavon and they knew immediately the truck had a problem. Lori in service got us booked in, got us a courtesy vehicle and the vehicle was fixed in less than a week. Even got us warranty! AMAZING SERVICE!

Front dest person was prompt with a friendly tone. Asked to be transferred to the parts woman. Asked for a coil pack for a 2015 Cadillac ATS. Was immediately laughed at and told "keep dreaming". Called NAPA in swift current who had the part. Doing some research I found this coil fits 18 different models of Buick, Chevy, GM and Cadillac ranging from. 2013 to 2021. So why I was laughed at and told to keep dreaming I'm not sure. Even a small town shop should have a relatively common failure part in stock when it fits 18 models

I needed a new engine in my truck. It was brought to them December 27 and only got it back march 13. There were many problems along the way but the staff tried there best. And worked to solve the problems. The service lady that I spoke with the most of the time was very friendly and made it seem like it wasn’t a bother when I called. I wished it hadn’t taken so long but dealing with these people was an over all good experience.
