Standard Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Passing through from Ontario to BC we ran into some trouble with our Dodge Promaster 2500 van. The van started to overheat and we limped 90km to the Swift Current dealership. We arrived to the dealership at 7:45am and spoke to Khen at the service counter who was able to take us right away. By 11:30am we were on our way again. Khen was a very nice young man who was very professional, kind and keen to help us out. He kept us informed as to the progress of the van while being tested, then presented us with options on repair and then a fair estimate. He continued to keep us informed of the progress of repair until it was ready to roll. While in the waiting area we had the privilege of meeting some of the friendly staff. We met sales people who chatted us up. We talked to the receptionist who offered us coffee and snacks and went on to showcase some town and province attractions. As noon approached she brought over a listing of local restaurants and made some suggestions. Needless to say we felt welcomed and valued. Kudos to the team. No complaints only rave reviews. James Chua handled me with all the respect and light humor I could have asked for AND I'm not an easy one to please. I arrived late in the day and although we had to pack a lot in with a small window of time I felt James had my back all the way. He even drove me to where I could plate my new used truck before the broker closed. I'll be seeing James and the Standard Dodge crew again !! Cheers!! - but don't drink n drive.

The service department really makes and effort. On more than on occasion they have come out to look at my truck and answer my questions. I recently had a hitch installed, with the hitch and install coming in lower than the price of just the hitch that other locations quoted me. Good on the communication side of things with professionalism evident. Dakota, Jay and the other service members batting 3/3 from my last 3 service appointments. It's nice to run into people that make an effort and that are willing to show a bit of hustle.

Excellent service coming from all of the staff. Amazing service when it comes to any questions or concerns during and after dealership hours with Mike Erdahl. Very pleased customers, even stayed later for our sale since we come from out of town. Would definitely return and recommend!
