The service department here is great! They are everything the "big dealership" isn't. Their prices are very reasonable and they can usually get to the work quickly. I will continue to use them for whatever comes up!

Needed a estimate for one of my cars. I am a truck driver so I sent my son in with the car.Someone Was supposed to call me with a estimate. I called everyday for a week always said working on it. It was minor damage only about $1000 to $1200. My frustration grew until I said forget it. I took it to West Body Shop in Fayette got the estimate within minutes of me being there. I understand being busy but a week for an estimate????? I wonder if it was because we were black. Even though we are black our money is green. Will tell my friends and relatives about this and hope they don’t spend their money where it’s not appreciated!!!

Great vehicle, great price, and great experience with the sales team but a little lack of knowledge on the vehicle or maybe even some dishonesty with the preowned vehicle. I will recommend checking every toggle switch/window or sunroof before leaving the lot.

Great experience AGAIN. Very good service, very fair and always willing to assist. Highly recommend if you are looking for a vehicle or service.

Horrible. I had my vehicle to be worked on for 4 months. They never called us to give an update, we always had to call them and each week the part got delayed. I will never use them or recommend their service ever again.
