# Summary The dealership receives praise for friendly staff, quick service appointments, and helpful sales representatives, but faces significant criticism for service department failures including incomplete repairs, poor communication, damaged vehicle parts, and work that doesn't address the original problem. While customer-facing employees are consistently described as kind and courteous, recurring issues with repair quality, accountability, and follow-up suggest systemic problems in the service department's execution and transparency.

They are absolutely amazing!! Seriously!! They got my car in so so fast! I called them the day before Christmas and they got me in that Monday! My car is now driving perfectly and safely again to have my daughter in it and i literally could not be happier!! They are all so so very kind and friendly and helpful! They even offered me a ride home and back from dropping the car off if I needed one! Highly highly recommend this place!! ❤️

My husband and I just purchased a truck at Stanley Chevrolet and we had a great experience with Zak the sales representative. He is a very nice person and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him if you’re looking to buy a vehicle. He will do his best to make it happen. They are truly there to help you.

We recently brought my wife's buick envision in to have the starter replaced. They were 200.00 over thier estimate even though they were inside of the time alloted, then my wife went to pick it up and they had left greasy hand prints all over her car. So stanley said bring it back and we'll detail it. They detailed it like my 6 year old did it. Then a week later the drive shaft falls out because they dropped the transfer case to change the starter. The drive shaft sustained damage when it hit the road and we have been fighting with them for a day now to replace it. They admitted they never inspected the drive shaft just stuffed it back on and called it good. We are at day 2 and still dicking around with them. No loaner car. If its damaged due to them being idiots it needs to be replaced. So we are going to make a call to the states attorney General today.

I brought my car in for a simple oil change in mid August, and the dealership managed to damage the rain guards. To their credit, they offered to replace and paint them as a courtesy, which I appreciated at first. Over two months later, I had another service appointment that my father attended on my behalf. At that time, the dealership provided two painted rain guards and two unpainted, saying the others could be painted later but would require more waiting. They also applied a coupon, but it was never clearly explained that this was meant to offset the cost of painting the remaining two. My father understandably thought it was a goodwill gesture for the long delay — which only added to the confusion. When I finally received the parts, they turned out to be for the wrong sides altogether. I had to go back again just to get that corrected and am still waiting at this point. I can understand mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, clarity, and accountability throughout this process has been unacceptable. What should’ve been a simple fix is turning into months long back-and-forth frustration. From a customer service standpoint, this experience has been subpar at best.

Came in because the heat stopped working in my Bolt EUV. I was treated very well by the employees there, and they even gave me a very nice loaner vehicle while they services mine. I was told that the 12 volt battery had died, and that the hood latch needed to be replaced. I found this strange since I had never seen a glimpse of either not functioning correctly. But with no way to leave now, I was forced to have them replace the battery, and under the assumption this must be the cause of the issue. When service was completed, I picked up my car. I was only able to stop in right around when they close (5pm), but I instantly realized the heat was still not working. It is an hour drive back home, and was still not working by then. So I was out almost $900 dollars, the heat still did not work, and it was not conveyed to me at all over the phone or at the time of pickup. To me, this is an absurd lapse in service. I can only imagine whoever was servicing my car did not even bother to look into the issue that I came to them for in the first place. This makes me question even the legitimacy of the 12v needing to be replaced. As mentioned, the customer-facing folks were nothing but cordial, but unfortunately due to this awful service, I can not recommend them to anyone.
