If I could rate 0 stars I would.. My experience with my 2012 Jeep Patriot and the lender has been extremely frustrating. The vehicle itself had ongoing issues and was not reliable long-term. A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE What made things worse was the customer service when I tried to do the right thing and voluntarily surrender the vehicle. Instead of working with me or providing clear, fair guidance, the process felt misleading and stressful. Even after requesting a voluntary surrender, they said it will still treated and reported like a repossession, which defeats the purpose and impacts your credit the same way. Communication was poor, and I felt like I was being given the runaround the entire time. Overall, between the vehicle quality and how the situation was handled, I would strongly advise others to stay away and explore better options. I sent in a email on regards to my remaining balance and for the rest of this process to be documented. I will seek legal action if this situation isn’t treated the correct way .

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP!!!! Do not open a lease with Stanley auto you will regret it they are very aggressive & rude especially lance the supervisor unprofessional. Capital credit took over my loan and I was still getting call from Stanley. Then just spoke with someone regarding my split payment arrangements and I was good. They Stanley overnight took over my lease which i was not aware of at all. No emails or calls they sent for a repossession of my vehicle overnight. Spoke with lance saying I owe $12000 which is BS This cannot be legal. No point of contact all who has my lease now and overnight at that. Definitely gonna fight for this not legal…. People please read review don’t get a car from this place.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE ! My car literally broke down the day my son was born I’m not bsn ! They sold me a lemon !! I’ve spent $1600 on repairs so far and still having to put my car in the shop almost every other month for a new issue ! This place is terrible 0/10. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Just save a little longer and go somewhere more reliable it’s not worth it 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

Mathew is awesome. Above and beyond the best service. Selection of cars was the best, so many options. The whole experience is very easy and pleasant. These guys are real and no b.s. I would never expected to be treated so nice and fairly. They gave me a great deal on my new mazda. I love you guys. Thanks.
