I had an excellent experience with Star Motors! Michael was lovely to deal with and answered all the questions I asked. When we were sitting in, now my new Mercedes Benz. He very patiently explained some of the many bells + whistles and I was in awe over the options. Once on our test drive, he changed the ride from comfort to the 2 sport choices and I definitely felt the difference. Love hearing the noise when I goose the engine. On the financial part of my experience, I dealt with Peter. He was very detailed and persuasive on the extra safety options available to purchase. I was fine with extra safety choices and eventually agreed to add them on. This way I feel more protected while driving my gorgeous new AMG GLA 35🥳 Also Nathan, with a wealth of knowledge, explained carefully and seriously my speed until I have surpassed 1400km, etc. I wish to thank everyone for my entire wonderful experience. I had an excellent experience working with Sal Ghadie at Mercedes. He was very personable and never pushy throughout the entire process. Sal took his time with the deal, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I traveled from Toronto to Ottawa, and he made the whole experience seamless — he even had a ride waiting for me at the station, which I truly appreciated. He also handled the plates with a simple request, making everything easy and stress-free. I loved the entire experience and would absolutely go back to Sal again. Every part of the car buying experience at Star Motors was amazing; from the first time we visited to negotiating for the car to the financing stuff to the day we picked up. Michael, in particular, really blew my mind with his customer service by setting up a surprise gift for me. It was a new sticker for my back window featuring my own specific dog to replace a more generic dog mom sticker that I had on the vehicle we were trading in. That was a completely unexpected touch. That is a level of incredible customer service.

I had an excellent experience at Star Motors from beginning to end. The entire process was smooth and the staff were welcoming and supportive. I want to specifically thank Sal, the sales specialist, who made sure I found the right car for my needs. He made the process easy, quick, and stress-free. I also want to thank Gord Smith, the manager, Josee, the financial specialist, and Nathan, the delivery specialist, for their help and support. In this dealership manual, they refer to themselves as First Class, and they are. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a unique car-buying experience.

After speaking with a manager at Star Motors and geting feed back from fellow drivers delivering at the location. I can strongly say they take actions toward suporting delivery and expedite the processed inspecting the vehicles .Also they apologize because of my bad experience and lack of support. Overall a good productive conversation and I am happy with the outcome and further colaboration. Changed my perspective on Star Motors of Otrawa. I was delivering new vehicles to the dealership this morning. I called 30 min in advance . Receptionist veri nice laidy she told me to pull on Jamie Ave. And start unloading cars. Nobody show up to help and direct me where to park the cars. Receptionist she called 3 times for service support Nobody came, finally she walked and talked with a manager to get support. Jatir came (I hope this is his name) we greatly and I asked if he can get the cars from the truck as I have a bad knew and will be highly appreciated. He came once and then 4 techs. and a lady from service start chatting and laughing instead check the vehicles .Finally after wasting another 15 min somebody else from that groupe come and sign my delivery app.Maybe they need retraining as they slack big time on the job wasting my time and making bad name on Star Motors. I never meet such lazyness on a delivery to Mercedes dealership
