The staff was pleasant and accommodating. They were not pushy or sleezy (like we all find frustrating to talk to). I do wish they had been more open to negotiating price for the car we bought. I feel like it was a little high, but not too crazy. Overall, the customer service was great and we were able to walk away with a car we were happy with. I actually use them to service my work truck and always have a great experience with them.

I Just bought a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X from Al at Starling yesterday. We came in to look at another truck, which ended up not being right, but Al found THE truck. It wasn’t even on their website yet, but it was exactly what I was looking for from the engine, to the trim and color with the blacked out full luxury package. It even has massaging seats, which my wife loves. Lol. The best part was how easy Al made the whole process. This is not your typical car sales establishment, and Al is not your typical car salesman. He had the deal done within 20 minutes. I was seriously shocked! He had me feeling like I impulse purchase a truck (in a good way!) lol Thanks to the crew at Starling it was a pain free and professional experience.
