Hands down one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had! Angel Gomez in finance explained every detail clearly and honestly with zero surprises, and Bianca, who helped my wife initially, was fantastic to work with as well. The entire team was honest, efficient, and truly a pleasure to work with. It’s rare to find a group of people this genuine and transparent. My family and I had such a great experience at Starling Chevrolet as we purchased a vehicle there. At first, the vehicle we were looking for was not on the lot, We needed it to have 4x4. Our salesperson, Riley, still showed us the vehicle and showed us the features. He explained all features were going to be the same on the 2 wheel drive versus the 4 wheel drive. So, he demonstrated in great detail the amazing features it has. He then told us that he will find the vehicle for us and to give him some time. We left to have lunch and he then informed us that he found 2. After lunch we returned and he had a porter go and retrieve the vehicle. It was exactly what we needed and wanted. That going the extra mile and thinking outside of the box is what makes Riley a great salesperson. I made sure the GM, Melissa, new how much we appreciated her team! Form sales to finance to parts and service, this team is a well oiled machine. Walker, your OBT location has just added another client for life!
