Starling Honda

We recently purchased a 2016 Honda Civic EX from Starling Honda and had a good overall experience. Paul Moxam was helpful, patient, and easy to work with throughout the process. We appreciated that the dealership took time to service and prepare the vehicle before delivery rather than rushing it out the door. After purchase, we noticed a steering concern that was not obvious during the initial test drive. The service department addressed it promptly and professionally, and Shannon did a great job communicating with us throughout the repair process. We really appreciated the dealership standing behind the vehicle and making the repair right. Overall, we’re happy with the purchase and appreciate the professionalism from both the sales and service teams.

They had an 2003 corvette with low mileage. Clean carfax. They gave me an incredible number out the gate. The whole process was smooth and easy. I recommend anyone who wants to not deal with inflated numbers. come here for an easy experience.

My wife and I decided to buy the new 2026 Honda Odyssey because we just had our first child and we needed more space. We called around to a few different dealerships trying to find the best deal and Starling Honda really put themselves ahead of the rest. Not just in the deal they were willing to put together for us, but their professionalism and customer service as well. They made the process easy and comfortable. We had the deal set up over the phone and by the time we got there we just had to sign some papers and drop off our down payment and we were on our way. Special shout outs to the Sales Manager Dave Thornton, the sales associate Michael and the finance processor, Robbie. Every single person at the dealership was above and beyond helpful and welcoming. There was a small mix up with the floor mats and Dave offered to have someone drive them to our house to save us the trip. Sincerely great service from great people. I can say for sure, next time we are shopping for a new car, we are coming here and I would recommend the same for anyone else looking for a new car.

The paint, interior, and little finishing touches were spotless and way beyond what we expected. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and cares about doing it right. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I guess I should start this review by saying… it’s a miracle I was even able to buy a car—because according to one of the credit bureaus, I’ve been dead for YEARS. 😅 But thankfully, the team at Starling Honda in Titusville didn’t treat me like a ghost—they treated me like family. From the moment I walked in, Jim (my salesman) was incredibly friendly, laid-back, and actually listened to what I wanted. No pressure, no games—just straight-up great service. He made the whole experience easy and even enjoyable (which is saying a lot when you’re technically “deceased”). The finance manager was just as fantastic—quick, efficient, and knew exactly how to handle the “resurrecting Mike” situation without missing a beat. And a big shoutout to Dave as well, who helped keep everything moving smoothly and made sure no detail was overlooked. What could have been a stressful, complicated process turned into one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. They worked fast, solved problems like pros, and somehow managed to bring me back from the dead AND get me into an amazing new Honda in record time. If you’re looking for a dealership that’s friendly, efficient, and apparently capable of miracles—this is the place. Highly recommend… whether you’re alive or not. 🚗👻
