In this day and time, customer service is a thing of the past, at Starr motors it is priority 1. I had a lift, rims and tires installed on my 2023 F150 and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Ms. Debbie in the service/parts dept. was remarkable to work with, her knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail was priceless. The used car manager CJ made it a point to keep me informed of the progress each day as did Debbie. I highly recommend buying and/or servicing your vehicles at Starr motors, quality business managed by quality people.

Have a Jeep Wrangler JL 2018-that had a recall for the transmission. Made an appt and stated that I would need a rental. Took the Jeep in-paperwrk for rental was already done! After the repair-dropped of the rental and picked up my Jeep. The whole process was seamless and painless!! The staff was excellant and friendly—and the maint folks did a great job!! They inspected the vehicle as is procedure and informed me of a rear axle leak-I knew about it and have plans for repair-but the fact that they did a courtesy inspection is awesome!!! Thankyou for a wonderfull experience-and your entire staff-from the customer service,rental,billing, and maintenance is outstanding!! Thank-You!!

Had an appointment for 830 was told at 9 they were short handed and might be able to get to it this afternoon. I was offered a loaner for one day without the guarantee my car would be looked at the next day. After I made an appointment somewhere else and said I wanted my car back they were suddenly able to look at my car. To also find out a few minutes later the technician couldn't be found.

I brought my first brand new truck from Starr Motors 23 years ago along with several other cars over the years. I brought my dream car from Starr Motors back in 2017. Unfortunately, since that time the dealership hasn't is not paying attention to customer service. While waiting for my car to be repaired I decided to take a look at a new charger they had in the showroom floor. It would be an upgrade to my current charger, however; I wasn't approached by a sells person at all, I stayed in the showroom for 10 minutes. I then proceeded across the street to the truck location and didn't see a sales person. When it comes to repairing my vehicle I ran into problems. I specifically told my service advisor what my problems I had with my car. She said they could repair them with no problem. Well, my problem still exists and I have to spend more money for the repair. I am disappointed because I use to buy all my cars from there and it's unfortunate because I need a new Ram truck and hope to purchase it from them.
