Ste Foy Toyota has been excellent from start to finish. Antony Arseneault was our first contact last May and he was very professional in walking us through our options. We decided on a RAV4 and even though we did not have any credit in Canada we were proposed an excellent deal by Madame Lelièvre. When we got up here to Quenec both of them and Monsieur Devy Ross helped me deal with some complications and proposed a solution. One could think that such an effort was a polite way to get rid of me, but they were true to their word and the taking of possession was adjusted to respond to my needs. The car was ready and Monsieur Philippe Gendron picked up the ball after Antony left the company and with Madame Lelièvre made everything so that I could have the taking of possession on September 29. For the taking of possession, the deputy Director Monsieur Steven (forgot his last name) welcomed me and explained how the handoff from Antony was going to be done with Monsieur Joseph Keyser. His greeting was so warm and welcoming. Joseph was amazing in taking me through the steps for the taking of possession, signing the paperwork, getting me signed up properly in the Toyota app, payment of the down payment and in explaining every facet of the car about which I asked. I deeply appreciate the time he spent with me. It was a great pleasure. From the two women at the accueil through to the end taking a picture with Monsieur Keyser, everything was excellent and closed an 18 year personal loop in the best way possible.
