Just bought a used Jeep Wrangler from Steel Auto Group in Logan and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, honest, and never pushy. They gave me plenty of time to look over the Wrangler, test drive it, and ask questions without pressure. The Jeep was clean, priced fair, and exactly what I was looking for. Buying a used vehicle can be stressful, but they made the whole process easy and straightforward. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a Jeep or a reliable used vehicle in the Logan area.

The staff was honest, professional, and easy to work with. I never felt rushed or pressured, and everything was explained clearly. It’s nice to find a dealership you can actually trust. I purchased a Hyundai Veloster, it’s been a great car. I would absolutely buy from them again.

I believe the intention of the owners are good, but their honesty.. not so much. I purchased a Dodge Charger from the car lot. There was a slight noise that i brought up BEFORE the purchase of the car. They insisted that it was “tire rod” and that it would be taken care of before the purchase of the vehicle. A month later i return to buy the car, emphasizing how important it was for me to have a reliable car due to travel work. I rode the car after purchasing it through finance company. Sound was still there. I take the car back to Steel Auto and they’re now saying the tires that another company placed on the car were bad. Basically a goose chase. After Driving an hour for almost 3 days for them to check the car, i finally took the car to Dodge dealership. To find the car has been wrecked to almost no return. No bedpaj under the vehicle to prove parts. Tension arms, CV AXLE, Hermonic Balancer, as well as Ball joints and wheels alignments. I was Ready to return the vehicle but my loan company instructed me to re-read over my contract and Steel Auto group sold the car “as is”. The warranty company understood that this was a PRE-Existing issue and that the dealership was solely responsible for When i Confronted April she told me straight up that they’re not fixing it. Even asked if i had hit pot holes or anything. April asked if i could send in the details that were needed for the car along side a picture of the receipt from paying the diagnostic fee. They Did NOT return any money, nor return the phone calls after. I even bargain and told them we could go half on car parts as well as labor! The car had not even been in my possession for 30 days. If i could give ZERO stars i would. I WOULD NOT recommend coming here as a FEMALE without a man to help. Don’t let these people RIP you out! Especially if you’re looking to drive the vehicle more than a state away! Beware of the people/businesses in your LOCAL community.

Would recommend Steel Auto Group over and over again!! Purchased a vehicle from them in 2022 and it was such a great experience that I went to get a second vehicle from them this year! Kind, professional, knowledgeable- go see them if you’re in the market for a vehicle 🤩🤩
