I wanted to take a moment to share a really positive experience I had recently at the dealership — and especially recognize Colin Jamieson. After a long process, I can honestly say Colin really pulled through for me and my family. He made the end of everything smooth, fast, and stress-free so I could get into my new vehicle without any delays. That meant more to me than I can put into words, because my vehicle is such an important part of taking care of my kids and our day-to-day life. I also want to sincerely thank him for reimbursing me for the no-registration ticket — I truly appreciated that gesture and the accountability behind it. What stood out the most, though, was how he treated my son, Alex. My children are my world, and Colin taking the time to acknowledge him, shake his hand, and make him feel included meant a lot to me as a mom. The team in the showroom also let him sit in some of the vehicles, which made the whole experience exciting and memorable for him. Dorothy was incredibly kind as well — she spoke directly to Alex and showed genuine interest in what he had to say. Those small, thoughtful moments made a huge difference for both of us. Colin was patient, made time for me whenever I came in, and consistently showed professionalism and understanding — even apologizing for my earlier buying experience. The same can be said for the finance rep, Scott Holman. He was very detailed and gave me all the options available on buying my new truck. I wouldn’t buy a vehicle anywhere else. Had the absolute best experience buying our 2025 ZR2 Duramax from Ishika from beginning to end! Had a hard time with previous salesmen taking me seriously when I told them what we were looking for, when I called Steele Chevrolet in Dartmouth Ishika answered the phone and I had a video of the truck we were interested in within 30 minutes!!!! I must say I have bought many chev and gmc vehicles over the years and the sales rep Kara at Steele chev in Dartmouth was over the top. Every question I asked was answered and every request was granted. We bought a new Cadillac ev and we cant be more happy with the vehicle.
