Ryan Mulvaney has a new life long customer. I’ve purchased several vehicles at multiple dealerships, including this one, but Ryan was a cut above everybody I’ve ever dealt with. He understood the importance of keeping me on the road running service calls and accommodated around every corner to make sure business went as uninterrupted as possible. I was treated fairly and was given honest answers to the questions I had. 10/10 would recommend.

I purchased a new vehicle for my wife in 2022 and Steele has done all the routine service. The past time I just took it in I decided to double check their work and word. They claim they do a visual inspection across the vehicle every time. I asked them to check for any exhaust leak and they said there were no visual soot or leaks from front to back. I asked about the in cab filter and they stated it was clean. Once returning home I crawled under the vehicle and noticed the flap they “fixed” was pushed on top of another to hold it up. This allowed the wind to pull down on the other shields and ripping it. When I did a visual on the exhaust there was soot plain as day where the clamp was loose. Then I pulled the in cab filter out and it was plugged with dirt. I am very disappointed on the service crew that is working at this location. We were in the process of purchasing another vehicle threw Steele and now we will no longer be doing so. To top it all off when I called back of my concern of the transmission pan covered in oil. I was told it was acceptable to have seepage around the transmission pan as well the oil pan. When I asked, how do you service the transmission oil to make sure proper level. I was told if it gets too low, the electronic sensor will notify me with a check engine light and to bring it in.

I can’t speak highly enough of Kirk and the Steele dealership. I live in the Houston area and just bought a Grand Cherokee yesterday. I was on my way to San Antonio today and my a/c stopped working. I showed up without an appointment and in a panic. The entire service staff was so kind and worked efficiently to help me. He answered every call I made after I left (which was like 15) with patience and kindness and was able to get my car back to me even after hours. I’m so incredibly grateful for him and this dealership! Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service….especially when it wasn’t even your customer.

My son bought and used dodge truck from this dealership. Ryan was great explaining everything and making the process fast and easy. 5 days later we had an issue with the vehicle that was beyond our control. Ryan felt the same way and took care of everything. I have bought vehicles from all different kinds of dealerships but really felt when it came to the issue Ryan listened to us and heard everything we said and took care of my son. I would go back again and again because of the way Ryan handled everything. I also would tell anyone to go talk to Ryan and he will take care of you. Again thank you Ryan and we will definitely be buying from you again.
