I started the big Hunt for a specific truck 3 months ago. I went to the big dealerships in the big cities like San Antonio, Austin and I went online on every platform I could find. I knew what I was looking for as far as the trim level and it was the top of the line all bells and whistles But didn't want to pay the top of the line prices over 75,000 .. so my last stop was in my hometown of Lockhart and by that time I had nightmare stories to tell and learned a lot along the way. So Steele dealership in Lockhart was a delight from the delightful Sales LADY Mrs. Jennifer that I instantly felt like I knew her all my life, so down to earth not pushy at all. I got a very good deal from OTD price to the wonderful finance guy Raul Sanchez Montoya he was straight up with me he didn't try to push all the crazy extras on me. He told me the price for the difference warranties which I did get because of the great price for a great warranty. I have talked to many different financial departments and for me that was always the part I dreaded, Not this time it was so smooth and refreshing to deal with him. We are out of towners and needed some regular maintenance on our Jeep. Made reservations online requested a few things. Tina was ready when I arrived. She asked me about the services I was looking for and why. She could have easily done the services I initially requested but after asking me questions and further discussions, we agreed on a different path that ultimately saved me money.
