2026 Ram 2500 Limited- This year I decided it was time for an upgrade. Like anybody would I contacted a couple of dealers to find someone who wanted to make a sale. I came in knowing what I wanted and made the call. Sales rep Kyle answered the call and right from the start I knew he wanted to make a sale. I told him what I was looking for and he took his time explaining in fine detail everything I needed to know about my choice of truck. This guy even took the time to create and send me a short video of the truck which was excellent as I live out of town. From start to finish they were very helpful, understanding with my busy schedule and made things work. The service was top notch. The truck is top notch. The salesman was friendly; however, the overall sales approach felt somewhat limited. We were primarily shown one option rather than being guided through a range of possibilities. That being said, Victoria in the finance department completely turned around the experience. She was truly exceptional to work with and made the entire process enjoyable.
