Steele Mitsubishi

When I moved to Halifax ten years ago, I was already driving a Mitsubishi and had been for about six years. I had to transfer my service to Steele, and that part went smoothly. My first few experiences there were great even if it took a little bit of haggling to get these folks to honor the commitments made to me by the dealership I'd come from. Still, I can't blame them for that since I get that dealerships are all independent businesses and they did in the end honor the agreement. I bought my next two cars from this dealership and certainly had no issues with the sales team - everyone was nice and professional and I feel I got good value for my trade ins as well as liking the vehicles I purchased, so no worries there. The only two things stopping me from giving it five stars are: 1. When my touchscreen broke it was at least 9 months before I got it fixed even though it was part of a recall. I suppose I can blame that on the company and not the dealership, but that still seemed to be more than a mere inconvenience. 2. Almost the whole time I went there for service I waited for a free detailing service that I had been promised when purchasing my first vehicle from them. Whenever I brought my car in for service, I was always told there was no one there to do it that day. That was something entirely within their control that they just failed to deliver on. Overall, a good dealership, and in the end my decision to go elsewhere for my latest vehicle purchase had little to do with the dealership itself, but rather the car I wanted. Thank you Steele Mitsubishi for your 9 years of good service and stewardship.

I am very pleased with my new purchase. 2026 mitsubishi. It was on the show room floor. The colour white caught my eye. I only went to get my other Mitsubishi maintenance done which was Friday. Went in next day and came home with my swanky new set of wheels It went very smoothly. Jason, my favorite, car guy and the financial officer Selena put it together and we worked everything out to my satisfaction. Kudos to all the friendly staff as well. 💃💃 🚘

We had an excellent experience with Steele Mitsubishi, especially with Arun. He helped us to set up my newly installed dash-cam and he explained which services are needed for my car. The entire process was smooth and professional from beginning to end. Arun was knowledgeable, honest, and very helpful, answering all our questions and making sure everything was handled correctly. It’s not always easy to find someone trustworthy when getting a service for your car but Arun made us feel confident. I've been dealing with Arun at Steele Mitsubishi, Kempt Road, Halifax for almost two years now and can say this with confidence that he is a thorough professional and still keeps his human side intact when dealing with customers. Explains things in a simple and concise manner and informs about the n necessary vs non-necessary expenses to be made on the car. Overall, I have had nothing but best of the service from his end.
