Bought my second ever car from this dealership and the service was absolutely top tier. Worked with salesman Renat, and finance manager Jonathan. Both provided top notch customer service. I don’t think I had to open a door myself once while I was there 😂 Was originally looking at a white 2021 Honda Civic LX, but was shown an alternate option by Renat; a 2020 Honda Civic LX that was silver. That was awesome because I’m not a huge fan of white cars lol. Everything was very clearly explained, and I wasn’t left wondering about anything. Working with Jonathan was great as well. Very clear communication about everything, and again, wasn’t left wondering. Super easy to work with and very much seems to have your best interest at heart. Had some fun banter as well during the signing process. If you ask my mom, she’ll say that the highlighter should’ve been pink. 100% Would buy from these guys again.

A bad car day isn’t their fault, Morgan and Michelle have done everything they could for me in bad situations. Five star on this dealership and its employees. Renat was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable and patient with us, as we wanted to test out a few vw’s. He was just as excited as my husband and I. He made us feel special and even shared a little bit about his life with us. We ended up buying a beautiful Tiguan. I already have a Golf R, and love it. Which I also purchased from this dealership. Ashley, the sales manager, is fantastic. Genuinely friendly and very knowledable, she knows her vw’s. She feels like family. And then Mike the financing specialist is kind, caring and funny! We feel like we’ve known this team for many years. Then to touch on the building and vibe; it is extremely clean and inviting. The cars on the showroom floor are gleaming. Even the Service port and lobby are sparkling. You just drive in. Park your vehicle. Enter the lobby and are greeted by the service reception. Also very friendly and quick. There is a coffee machine, free for customers, which is a very nice touch. There is comfortable seating chairs and loungers in the coffee/waiting area. You can choose to wait around for your vehicle while it’s being serviced, or you can get a taxi chit, for home and back. All in all, we are always happy dealing with this dealership. Always spot on. Highly recommend…and you can’t get a better car than a VW!!

Had the best experience with Sales consultant Steven Qiang and Finance Manager Pat Dunn. They are both very knowledgeable about the products & services at VW. I am very thankful that both were patient with me but very prompt in getting everything sorted out. They knew my urgency for getting a new vehicle and the process was very smooth, I am so impressed.
