Steet Toyota of Johnstown

My experiences at Steet Toyota in Johnstown are so different than other car dealers. For example, recently, a part of the roof rack on our 2023 Highlander came off. I called STEET Service Dept. Talked to Steve. Steve and the entire Service Dept. Staff are always easy to talk to. They are very patient and friendly. Steve ordered the part. The wrong part was sent. This is where STEET sets itself apart from other dealers. Mike the Service Manager, personally. Searched the Parts Inventory and managed to locate the piece I needed. Typically, these parts come as a set and you are required to buy 4 of them and each part is unique to the section of the car it fits. That meant, I would have had, 3 parts I did not need, nor very likely, would ever use. Steve and Mike decided to return the parts that didn’t fit, return my payment, in full, AND give me the part they had at no charge! That kind of service, putting people first, goes a very long way, in my opinion. I highly recommend STEET Toyota of Johstown. For all things automotive, they are top shelf.

I had some questions that John wasn’t able to answer, but he got me answers immediately, seamless process from sale, to insurance, registration and delivery.
