I recently had an interaction with salesperson Jordan Lejeune regarding a vehicle purchase, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I located the same vehicle model with the same trim level and lower mileage listed for $29,000 at another dealership. However, my wife strongly preferred the interior color of the vehicle Jordan was selling, despite it having higher mileage. With that in mind, I respectfully asked whether there was any flexibility in the pricing so we could justify choosing this vehicle over the lower-mileage option. Rather than providing a professional explanation as to why the price could not be adjusted, Jordan responded by telling me to go purchase the other vehicle. The response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially since I was asking a reasonable question during what should have been a normal negotiation process. As a serious buyer prepared to make a decision, I expected a courteous and informative discussion about pricing. Instead, I felt pushed away rather than valued as a potential customer. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend working with this salesperson.

Our first buying experience with Steinle Cadillac GMC was amazing and our salesman Jordan LeJeune was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable about the new Cadillac we bought and zero pressure from start to finish. When Jordan presented numbers to us, I was REALLY, REALLY pleased to see no hidden fees/product up-charges added like most car dealers add. Jordan did not try to push any warranties or extra products on us which is another huge plus to me. My wife and I are interest rate shoppers, so they didn’t play any games with interest rates and got us a great rate. Their trade in offer was also mega fair. I really didn't want to rate this dealership since eventually I didn't purchase from them because of a salesperson who i will not name. He should be happy of that. I called this dealership about a vehicle and talked to said salesperson who lied about having $$ room to negotiate. I drove 2 hours out of my way to visit. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by staff and my salesman showed me the vehicle. He was decent at that. Eventually I offered 97% of the asking price of this used vehicle. Did they accept?? Nope. Did they at least counter?? Again, no. My question is how do you do business when you say there is "some room" and then refuse to budget completely on a used vehicle? Complete fail on this dealership and the salesperson. Inconceivable that they let a guaranteed deal walk out the door.

I bought a new suv here for my wife. And when I first called I wasn’t expecting to buy the vehicle that day. However when Jennie the sales manager answered the phone she was super on top of the sale. She was very prompt on calling back and was eager to sell me a vehicle at a great deal without wasting any time at all. So I bought my wife a brand new Escalade that Saturday thanks. Dealership was fair to work with and responded to all my questions. Was able to drive down from northern Michigan and organize a deal for my parents to get their first EV, a 2017 Chevy Bolt! Car was clean and ready to go as promised, in and out in under 3 hours without any problems. Thanks Kyle and everyone else!
