We had a wonderful experience with our sales consultant Karen Torre Baltazar at Ft Walton Beach GMC/Cadillac in the purchase of our 2024 Cadillac Escalade. Karen had posted the vehicle on Facebook Marketplace and we communicated in the beginning through messenger. We scheduled a time to see the SUV and worked a deal very quickly. The vehicle was perfectly described. No flaws. Great communication. From the sales person (Karen), Manager (Jason) to the finance guy (Joey) everyone was great to work with. They treated us very fair and were courteous and professional throughout the entire process. They made it very easy. We would definitely recommend buying from them. They took time to explain the features of the vehicle and answered any questions we had. We made a 2 hr trip each way to deal with them. Give them a chance to earn your business. Go check out their inventory. The website had all the details of the vehicle with many pics. So in addition to the Facebook posting, I could see loads of information about the car on the website. Very happy with the dealer and the new ride.

Would leave négative 10 stars if i could. They robbed us . James bondi and all. Dont trust these folks. They took are trade and sold us a caddie. We signed the paperwork and 5 weeks later i have paid the old payment and new one comes out in a few days. They have told us they forgot to add the payoff on the loan. Give me a break. We signed deal was done. Definitely a low end caddilac dealership. Wouldnt even by a candy bar again from these folks. They never paid it off and have been harrassing us. As well they sold our truck the next day. If you bought our 2023 yukon denali beware. They aint gonna pay it off and i aint either. I have attached pics of car and vin. Reach out to us if you bought our car. They are only worried about sales. Dont let them fool you.

Kiril Salesman was very knowledgeable in both the cars and how to mange the apps. Manager Jason, knew how to get a deal together and Kim, who finalized all the paperwork knew her job! Cannot say enough about this dealership! 10/10! Salesmen are super friendly and helpful. Will do everything they can to get you in the vehicle you want. Kim, who handles the final insurance and title work is phenomenal! I have never had such a positive experience buying a vehicle!
