I purchased a 2024 Ford Edge from Step One Ford in Crestview earlier this year. After the purchase, the vehicle began making a loud and abnormal noise, so I brought it back to the dealership for repairs. My vehicle was at their service department for over a month. After picking it up, I noticed that multiple issues were still present. I contacted the dealership again and returned the vehicle. While one issue was addressed, the remaining concerns were not resolved. I was provided a technician’s report stating that there were no other issues found with the vehicle. Due to ongoing concerns, I took the vehicle to an independent repair shop for a second opinion. I was informed that there are several significant issues that require immediate attention and that these problems would not have developed overnight. I was also told that these issues should have been identified during the original inspection and repairs. I am disappointed by the lack of thoroughness and transparency, especially after my vehicle was in their possession for an extended period of time. This experience has raised serious concerns about the quality of inspection and service provided.

Took my wife in to get her a Jeep. Rodger Glover met us and without pressure showed us a great deal. Very knowledgeable and honest with no pressure. He was indeed the best salesman we have delt with, and my wife has bought a lot of cars. The whole process was a positive experience.
