I had Andy as my salesman, and I enjoyed his honesty and his commitment to get me a great deal on a brand new Subaru Forrester Wilderness. The general manager, Yago also went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the deal. They treated me well, didn’t talk down to me. I’ve purchased a lot of cars, and have met many sleazy salesmen that assume they can take advantage of me. That was not the case at this dealership under the new management and direction of Yago, the general manager. Andy was my favorite, but another salesman Tim was also very nice and very helpful with the sale. I also have had service on my Subaru Outback and Paul runs a very good service department. Paul was the reason I entertained buying a second Subaru.

Had a wonderful car buying experience, particularly since I’m a very reluctant shopper. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. Team members were friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. Andy was awesome! This is my first Subaru, but it definitely feels like we’ve joined a family.

He's extremely knowledgeable about the cars and answered all our questions with enthusiasm. I now own a beautiful, though quality Subaru Outback Touring XT. Love, love, love it! That love wouldn’t be there if the buying experience would not have been exceptional. I plan, I take a long time to research and get c comfortable with the whole buying process, yet I was never hounded by my sales person, Everlee. She was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. Any questions I had she was able to immediately answer to my satisfaction. She let me contact them, and did not hound me. She also did a lot of background work to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, versus what was available, or what I initially thought I wanted before, having all the different options explained, being able to touch the different options, and test drive them. I really felt I was treated as family ( the kind you like, lol). And I am confident, that this was not an attitude just to get me to buy a vehicle, but that this relationship With the dealership and everyone in it at the same level of treatment as they strive for perfection and full customer satisfaction. I also saw the finance person,, Sheryl, and she too was super friendly, did not push, just informed, and when I had made my decision, was good with it, no coercion and no guilt trip.
