He was extremely responsive and patient, even when the funds for my down payment were delayed. Shawn has real integrity, and I feel completely confident in both the deal and the car I purchased. Took my 2020 Silverado to them several times for various issues/maintenance. Each time I told them about problems I was experiencing with my transmission and that I would like them to look into it. Each time the service guy would tell me that is just "how they are" and that they wouldn't be able to do anything to fix it. The transmission problem got worse, so I decided to take it to a different dealership. They actually looked into the problem and replaced my valve body which fixed all my transmission issues I was having. "How they are" was not the case and it was actually a problem. My guess is that at the time I was still under warranty for my power train and they didn't want to take the hit for it. Or it was out of pure laziness. Either way, I would not trust this dealership with anything that is outside of just routine maintenance.

We worked with Kelly on buying a Grand Wagoneer. He was incredibly pleasant and accommodating start to finish. We were traveling from several hours away. Before arrival he had it parked out front for us so we could see it from off I-15. We were traveling with the family dog and he offered to watch her for us while we went on the test drive. We appreciated that so much! Even while doing the paperwork they hosted our children inside a conference room. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for helping us land our dream ride! I'd highly recommend working with Kelly and would absolutely be a repeat customer.

Service technicians are questionable with competency. Brought Traverse in to have rear wiper motor replaced. On the way home there was a significant rattle coming from the rear of the car. Opened the rear compartment door and found the panel was not connected. Had to reconnect it myself. Few months later the rear seat air conditioner was blowing hot air. Technician said it was repaired. Month later it was not working again. Service department kept the vehicle for 3 days trying to fix. Said they replaced a part and it was okay. Little while later the front area heater was not working during a trip to the mountains. Then again the rear air conditioning was not working. Took vehicle to an independent repair service and they fixed both issues when they discovered the Wade technician failed to plug together the electric connection properly. Service manager told me they would offer no compensation for my cost to repair their error in failure to properly fix A/C system. Only offered “rewards points “ as a jesture to win back my confidence. Would you be confident in their ability after 3 failures to properly repair an issue?? That’s why I put my trust in an independent repair company to get the job done right.
