I showed up to the lot 15 minutes until closing on a Saturday (I live out of town) and Dillon Bergeron was the sales associate that greeted me. He asked what I was looking for, and over an hour later, my Ford Edge was purchased. Dillon ended up delivering my vehicle to me personally the following Monday. I had a great experience working with my car salesman, Drew Abshire! He was friendly, outgoing, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. He made us feel genuinely welcome from the start and worked hard to get the numbers where we needed them. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond—even meeting me the next day to walk me through all the features and stopping by my work to help when I had questions. We came over from Ponchatoula and they made the experience completely painless. They were ready for us we got there, quickly drove the vehicle, signed the paperwork and out we went. Highly recommend Thomas Richard as he was our salesman. TY for the easy, quick, and painless experience.

I have a very busy and hectic schedule. I needed a bigger vehicle and really did not have the time to sit at a dealership half a day. Drew Abshire contacted me to check on me and if I was still loving the vehicle I had previously purchased from him. I told him my life has changed a bit and needed a bigger vehicle. He said he could assist me at my pace. I told him I would be with clients until 2pm but I could still receive text messages. He did just that. He sent me a few models etc. once I selected a few to compare, he sent me all the information I needed. He also sent me the credit app to get the approval I needed. I was able to do majority through text and meet him at the dealership to sign papers and get my new vehicle all within an hour of me arriving at the dealership. I really appreciate the extra steps to accommodate me. All this while he was with in person clients. Extraordinary customer service! Thank you again Drew!
