I had an amazing experience purchasing my new Honda CR-V Touring from Sterling Honda. From start to finish, everything was explained clearly and professionally, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. I first dealt with Brad, who introduced me to the vehicle and showed me many of the features and options available. Later, I worked closely with Brian, and he truly went above and beyond throughout the experience. Rachel in finance was also wonderful to deal with and made the process easy and comfortable. Brian took the time to thoroughly explain every feature in the car, especially all of the new hybrid technology and specs, which left me feeling very confident and comfortable with my new vehicle before driving away. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. Buying a new vehicle with so much new technology can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Brian made the experience exciting and enjoyable. I absolutely love my new CR-V Touring and truly appreciate the outstanding customer service I received. I’m very disappointed with my experience buying a used vehicle from Honda Sterling. I purchased a 2022 Toyota RAV4 at what appeared to be full clean-history market price. After the purchase, I learned from an independent body shop that the vehicle had prior collision-related repairs (including bumper repainting and headlight repair) that were not disclosed to me at the time of sale. This information would have affected my decision and the price I was willing to pay. When I raised my concerns with the dealership, I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve the matter directly. Unfortunately, the dealership refused to offer any compensation or resolution and ultimately directed me to escalate the issue externally. I also raised concerns about documentation inconsistencies, which added to my lack of confidence in how this sale was handled. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a dealership responds afterward. In my case, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from Honda Sterling, and I strongly advise other buyers to obtain an independent inspection before completing a purchase.
