I had a fantastic car-buying experience at Sterling Hyundai. From my first call, Scott was attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt welcomed. Scott was so patient and never made me feel pressured. He worked with me to find exactly the right vehicle, and the finance team made the paperwork quick and painless. This is my second purchase from this dealership, and this was another amazing experience!

Anastasia was nothing short of exceptional. I’m very happy with my local dealership. I was looking around at different states for Hyundai deals but the best service was right here at home. Anastasia had a personal touch that made me feel like we’re getting a great deal and a long lasting service on my ten year commitment.

I am extremely dissatisfied with both Hyundai and the dealership that handled my sister in laws vehicle. About a year ago, I brought her car in due to ongoing oil loss issues. I was informed that there were “steps” that needed to be followed before any repairs or replacements could be considered. From that point on, I was repeatedly given the runaround. Each time I followed up, I was told the oil consumption was “within acceptable limits,” even though the vehicle was losing approximately 0.8 quarts every 1,000 miles — which is not acceptable for a properly functioning engine. Instead of addressing the problem, the dealership continued to delay and dismiss the concern. Out of frustration, I posted an online complaint, only to be told that if I did not remove it, they would not assist me any further. Feeling pressured, I complied in hopes of resolving the issue. Now, a year later, my vehicle is out of warranty, and I am being told that nothing will be done to fix the problem. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid responsibility until the warranty expired. I have a 14 year old truck that dont loose oil like this and another car I go 10k miles between service with no issues like this!!! So disappointing!!! They even tried telling me that the car just needs to run a thicker oil. Yes thicker as in 15w40.....like that's what desiel motors and tractors use. Come on guys just accept that the motor is spitting the oil out of tail pipe and out the exhaust!!!! Under 100k on a motor and can't trust the car to make a trip to Florida without having to fill uo with oil. That is so unreliable!!! Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others against purchasing a Hyundai vehicle or trusting this dealership for service. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and proper support — none of which I received.
