Our salesman, Austin, was great and Sterling has a huge inventory. His demo of the car we looked at was very thorough, and his suggestion of customizing the leather color was just what my daughter wanted. Car buying can be a long painful process but this car buying experience was quick and easy.
My family and I went to the Sterling Facility an hour before closing time. We instantly received a warm welcome from Austin. Austin was phenomenal, he listened to our needs and wants, needless to say after looking at 3 different models and a test drive, my family did not feel rushed to make a decision on taking home the perfect vehicle. Austin stayed with us until the end. Ryan was just as amazing with taking the time to explain all of the warranties and paperwork.
