I would give this experience and dealership a negative star if I could! They are dishonest, and have no integrity or accountability. If you look at other reviews, they say the same types of things. My wife and I found a car online and completed a deal virtually. With then drove three hours to finalize everything and take delivery. Upon arrival nothing that we had agreed upon was accurate. We were told that all the documentation would be ready to go so when we arrived, we could do a quick turnaround since we had a long drive, finance did not even know we were coming. We then go through the paperwork and find that the salesman did not transfer our payoff over correctly and transcribed a number $1000 less so we were expected to pay the extra thousand now. After having many discussions all the way to the GM of the dealership, Mr. Sternberg himself, they did not see it as their fault and said we could either pay the extra money or not take the deal. After driving three hours, we were ready to just be done so we agreed. Only to then be blindsided again when we sat down with finance a second time. When we were inquiring about the car, we asked for the Carfax and asked if there had been any damage or issues with the vehicle. We were told no that had never been sold, And that the GM was driving it. Once we sat down with finance, we quickly found that that was inaccurate. Someone at the dealership Caused body damage to the vehicle and they had to repair and repaint. None of that had been disclosed even though we asked, and they just wanted us to sign a waiver for paint protection. Had I been someone that does not understand much about cars and not questioned this I would have never known that this car was in an accident, even though I specifically asked, and they knew it had. I will be reporting them to the manufacturer and posting on all social media platforms. They are snakes and shady, and will do whatever it takes to make a deal or take your money. They have no accountability and do not stand behind their word. It is sad because I’m sure their father did not stand on those values!

Our salesman Ben, and the rest of the staff were an absolute dream to deal with when we purchased a pre owned Lincoln this week! They will charge you for services that you specifically told them not to do. We knew exactly what needed to be fixed. Bethany Grant is ignorant when it comes to listening to what the customer wants...verbally and through email.

They were in hurry for my money and then didn't care one bit about getting my truck to me. Did not get my truck for over 2 weeks after paying for it and had codes flashing less than an hour after driving off the lot. Could not have someone check it because it was 5:00. When you pay 83000$ you think they could afford overtime for a simple check. Next day could not put it in gear or even shut it off. And the reply I got was sarcastic and smart a... Don't pay until you get your vehicle

The sales team helped me out in a bad spot, gave me an excellent trade in value on a vehicle & put me in a used truck that is in absolutely immaculate condition. They were quick and professional every step of the way. I am thrilled with my buying experience here. Phil, Alex, Ben & Marty are all great guys!
